Create 64 bit RPi image. #587

This will allow RPi users to:

  1. Migrate to latest RocketChat as MongoDB is not supported on 32 bit any more.
  2. Fix 32 bit PHP/Nextcloud issues.

Image is there with Nextcloud and other apps. RocketChat is still in progress: https://github.com/syncloud/platform/issues/618
