[mail] add MX records as fallback #635

Would be nice to be able to set fallback options for mail app if syncloud is down. Maybe as described here https://zach.bloomqu.ist/blog/2021/07/reliable-self-hosted-email.html

Maybe there is also a plugin for roundcube?
