Add note checker #4

added a note checker so it's easier to know if I've assigned some notes that may be out of the normal range for a partcular instrument! MuseScore is nice in that it'll highlight notes that are out of range as red but I think this can be helpful as well.

Only for the common wind and string instruments currently. seems to work so far! :)
