Improving the properties of the sea subsurface symbols #187

The properties of the symbols for sea subsurface symbols should be improved, since not all amplifiers can be filled in according to 2525c or 2525d:

Proposal for the content and structure of the property window (named "Sea Subsurface") for sea subsurface symbols:

Remarks:

The green marked amplifiers correspond to the specifications according to 2525d. However, the unmarked amplifiers appear to be useful or necessary.

Quantity, Speed, Direction of Movement, Date-Time-Group, Evaluation Rating, Location and Feint/Dummy Indicator are not listed in the list of amplifiers for sea subsurface symbols in 2525d.

However, these amplifiers are very well listed in the equipments for land symbols in 2525d (in 2525c the sea subsurface symbols were part of the equipments section).

My suggestion would be to include these amplifiers in the properties and map them on the map accordingly.

In my opinion, the amplifiers "Engagement Bar" and "Special Designator" would not need to be included in the properties section.

The Icon "Change Symbol Type" is used to change the "basic symbol" within the sea subsurface symbols without the user having to create a new symbol and thus discard the previous entries.

The amplifier "Offset location indicator" must be enabled when the symbol is displayed on the map:

The sea subsurface symbols of the "SIGINT" (Signal Intelligence) area should be displayed with the property set for "Sea Subsurface".
