mocks.js split into separate files for ease of use
Added DispatchMessage and DispatchMessageBatch resources for creating and reading messages and batches.
Added DispatchMessagesContext resource to query for dispatch messages
Added DispatchMessageRealTimeContext for receiving real-time updates of dispatch messages
Comprehensive tests for all of the above
