HTTP APT Proxy Issues #33

I utilize an APT proxy cache on my home network to help stay under my Internet service provider's data cap. It's been working great. Recently, though, apt.syncthing.net stopped working with my APT proxy cache. I've been receiving this error:

503 Server reports unexpected range [IP: 192.168.x.x 3142]

Any way to fix this? If not, I can exclude it from proxying.

I have no idea what that error would come from, and in any case our apt repo is served from DigitalOceans object storage... so I suspect it's out of our hands, whatever it is.
