Android 10 app stop working #1977

Hello

Use android app v1.27.3 on both xioami phones one is Android 13 and seconda Android 10. Optimalization on battery is disabled on both phones and on A13 working fine but on A10 app working few hours and after that's on server see offline status. When turn on app on A10 start working but after few hours again see offline status. App not show popup msg about background working and need turn on battery optimalization because is already configured but again and again app on A10 seems freeze after some time.

If I can more help and need deliver more details then please tell me what add more.
