Automatic builds #191

Is it possible to set up automatic builds for the latest releases please? E.g. v1.23.2 is out but no macOS build. 🙏

The builds are semi-automatic, releases need to be finalized by hand. Release v1.23.2 is out, it can take up to 15 minutes the auto-updater picks up the release.
