alist字幕调用 #49

后续会考虑添加可以添加调用本地字幕的功能吗？ 例如 alist 挂载中有视频对应的字幕，现在如果想调用，需要先去 alist 中复制地址，添加到视频中，是否可以直接在 synctv 中选择这个字幕或者是自动匹配这个字幕

我表述的有点问题 例如alist挂载中有视频对应的字幕，现在如果想调用，需要先去alist中复制地址，添加到视频中，是否可以直接在synctv中选择这个字幕或者是自动匹配这个字幕

这个功能后端好实现，但是前端页面设计有点复杂，不知如何下手，暂时不考虑

宝贝宝贝 alist同目录的字幕可以加载吗 手动一个个添加手要废了呜呜

保持和视频同名在添加视频的时候一起添加？
