Create OptaPlanner (or Optimizer) on KieServer extention #71

This issue is a request. I want OptaPlanner (or Optimizer) on KieServer extention.

Thank you for your response. I can discuss in more depth.

and I added swagger.json swagger.zip

This swagger defn is included in RHDM 7.0.1. RHDM includes Optimizer.
