Push 1.10.x branch #91

Add 1.10.x and 1.11.x as mentioned in https://github.com/syndesisio/syndesis/issues/8540

@claudio4j I think we should include the creation of the x.y.z branch right after we cut off a release of syndesis. Where can we document this? I think you wrote something but I guess the extensions was not taken in account.

Created 1.10.x branch. Next one must be created as soon as we make an official release of 1.11.x
