Cleanup SyndesisRouteBuilder #22

SyndesisRouteBuilder has some bits inherit from Funktion that are not more needed for Syndesis like:

definition of a ServletRegistrationBean
automatically create an http endpoint if no endpoint definition is given as first step
custom handling of function/endpoint steps in SyndesisRouteBuilder instead of delegating it to the related step handler

@jimmidyson @rhuss is there anything I missed ?
