Rename 'syndesis-restricted.yml' to 'syndesis.yml' #115

and remove the original, non-restricted templates as I have the feeling they are never used these days and we would trim down our footprint.

@syndesisio/backend Any objections ?

If not I'm going to remove it and update the documentation (including quickstarts).
