Mono Repo: Initial preparations #87

It would be awesome to collect some advantages and disadvantages wrt a switch to a Mono Repo. A short presentation would be awesome, too (maybe even as a tech talk in the team meeting).

Also, some real world examples (Java dev projects ?) would be cool, too.

I think we can close this as we already set up a plan for going mono repo.
