TTOOLS-652 Virtualization publishing fixes #442

fixes for TTOOLS-652 and TTOOLS-653

added the virtualization unpublish progress states (DELETE_xxx) to model
added unpublishInProgress property to VirtualizationListItem. now at start of publish and unpublish the displayed messages are different
Reorganized the VirtualizationPublishStatus component to show spinner and message for appropriate states
removed VirtualizationPublishStatusDetail component, now using ProgressWithLink instead in the VirtualizationListItem
updated stories
