Set up Client Staging Environment #94

Create a public staging environment using CD for the client that, with GitHub hooks that update the instance with each push to master for redhat-ipaas/ipaas-client. The staging environment should be on our dedicated OpenShift. Eventually, it would be nice to have this set up for E2E testing as well. See #93.
