user doc: Revised doc for developing connectors. #136

I revised the connectors/md file (Developing Syndesis connectors) to follow Red Hat conventions. I also added an "images" folder, with a MongoDB icon in it, to use as an example for adding a connector icon. I hope I did this correctly - that is I hope the icon correctly displays in the connectors doc.

I checked the rendering of the Markdown source file in Dillinger editor. My edited version of this content is also in this gdoc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tNiZsxTqfjvCnyGHj6OtS0tsYKsqNeBffRfFiirIxYc/edit?usp=sharing
