[SEO] Change home page title #157

Title should point to a more appealing keyword search instead of simply "Syndesis". I suggest to use "Syndesis - Open Source IPAAS" instead.

Hey @kahboom. I've just realized that all pages are using "Syndesis" in the title. I think this is redundant, at least in meta title. Are you okey if I remove that and elaborate a more appropiate one for each page? any concern from SEO point of view?
