make sure the user is logged in as system:admin #48

Why is this needed? Going to be a problem of can't deploy without cluster admin.

Since the quickstart uses minishift, the user should be able to switch cluster admin. This just makes it more explicit.

Closing this as we now recommend the single tenant templates which don't require this.
