chore: Update quickstart instructions #76

for syndesis usage + adding a 'rocket launcher' script. Happy about some help for improving the layout and proof reading.

hey rachel, fancy doing a quick review ? Also happy about suggestions for how to fix the layout (would love to have the screenshots centered and maybe with some drop down shadow).

Also none of this is a show-stopper, so I think merging wouldn't be the end of the world and we can make changes thereafter if it's urgent.

Thanks a lot for this thorough review, I updated the docs with your suggestions.

Currently I'm not so super happy how the images are laid out, so maybe we can improve on this after we merged the PR ?
