Update "start" to use new operator based approach #82

In order to allow a smooth quickstart, the current "start" script needs to be updated for the new operator approach which has been added to "syndesis minishift".

The work is to extract the parts required from "syndesis" and copy it into start.

The syndesis scripts now do this and the start script is referencing this.
