Reading gateway attributes from MS #12

Reading gateway attributes via syndicate read_gateway command finishes silently.

syndicate@demo1:~$ syndicate read_gateway pov
syndicate@demo1:~$

The command was issued by an admin user.

The command worked well if the gateway exists. If not, it exists silently with 1 exit code. I will raise a new issue for message printing at fails.
