Instrument irodsFs #102

Instrument the irodsFs binary for Nirav, so we can get a look at what kinds of workloads iPlant deals with. Also, set up a server to collect the logs.

Make sure that the logs only reveal access patterns. Mask file names (i.e. only report a salted hash).
