Cloud initscript for OpenCloud #111

Setup Syndicate private volumes with a cloud initscript. Need to investigate how to do this.

Will use either Illyoung's dockerfiles or Zack's CI. The automounter client, once started, will handle setting up gateways. The automounter server will run in OpenCloud central and listen for state-transitions on users, slices, and public dataset volumes.
