Not able to view manger until firewall is disabled #94

Not exactly sure what's wrong but I am not able to view the manager until I disable the firewall. I allowed the ports required such as 22000, 22001 etc.. but still I wasn't able to see the manager until I completely disabled the firewall and restarted the instance. Not exactly sure what's going on. Can you kindly help?

Are you running this locally or in a cloud instance?
