feat: ✨ Footprint monitoring

Description:

As a developer, I want to be able to check how the file size changed after a feature was introduced.

Rationale:

Sometimes even small features lead to a rise in footprint size. In order to check how the footprint is changed a monitoring is necessary (e.g. as a detail inside a PR)

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] check in every PR (compare to main-branch)
• [ ] components package only
• [ ] check dist folder
• [ ] put size in package.json
• [ ] have a github workflow showing the result
