Prevent porcupine incompatibilities #182

This pull request is a follow-up from https://github.com/synesthesiam/rhasspy/pull/180. It ensures that the local python wrapper and the remote models of porcupine are compatible. This prevents issues such as https://github.com/synesthesiam/rhasspy/issues/178 in the future.
