make connection between dmg reset and fpga breakable #7

It is still unclear whether we can directly connect the 5V dmg reset to the fpga or not. We should at least try one more time to allow for controlled bootup and automated testing/reloading.

In case this does not work out, we should be able to break the connection easily.
