Applied npm audit fix

This PR:

• Applied npm audit fix, updating package-lock.json as a result.
• Updated example project so we can pass mnemonics as an argument when testing/running the example. Example usage:
  • npm run example "enroll layer chief monkey other mixed shell can blast name clever mystery"
• Bumped version to 0.0.38 in package.json.
