Restructure documentation TOC tree #178

Restructure the getting started with Speck/Dynapcnn section of the documentation.

At the moment, this page returns a huge table of contents with things kind of all over the place.

Concretely,

Some sections need to be indented better in the table of contents.
The depth of the visible tree needs to be reduced.
Move the library specific documentation else where.
