add 3rd entry needed to render a user per #58

Everything looks good, but I am wondering why we need to add an entry into rfid_tokens?

thanks for the merge!

two reasons:

it's nice to have a complete data set so folks can see how everything is realated
this is all a pre-PR in prep for #66. With out an RFID entry, I can't do the local dev ;)
