allow port to be specified in config.py #11

I see there's a port 8000 in use now, but it'd be great if we could specify this in the config.py file. This would allow the prod and dev instances to have everything in one spot they need to run, and also easily not run on the same port.

This is configured in gunicorn.sh in this directory - you just need to copy gunicorn.sh.example over and edit the details.

ah - fair enough. you have to copy them over anyway, so easy enough to edit!
