Fix all content navigation issues #5

Currently links are broken because the new site isn't live, but it wouldn't hurt to do a once over

I added a configuration element that allows us to control what the root server URL is. For example:

# ROOT_SERVER_URL="https://synshop.org"
ROOT_SERVER_URL="http://127.0.0.1:4000"

I'm keeping this Issue open so that we can do a final scan for all the various URLS we have

I also normalized the nav bar (navigation items and order) between membership.synshop.net | org and synshop.org

any interest in removing almost all nav links? I always like to treat different sites as having different navigation, but don't feel strongly about this!

My thinking would be:

  1. lightly rebrand masthead so it's obviously membership site (i'm happy to do this!)
  2. remove all top navigation links except maybe something like "SYN Shop homepage"

Closing due to e-signature UI refactor. Will revisit if neccessary
