add mention of covid closures
clarify that non-members are welcome during opening hours (this was unclear to me before joining)
mention mailing lists
update membership pricing for new figure

@mrjones-plip I appreciate your feedback but none of the issues/requests you raised are showstoppers and I've no more time to spend on this at the moment. Please merge the PR, the info on the live site is false and this fixes it.
