Clarify documentation and workshop sections about updating and querying status

This change clarifies the relationship between the generation of a status.yaml in a configure workflow and the object.yaml used by the workflow in later runs of the configure workflow. It aims to mitigate against confusion users experienced when trying to retrieve the latest status of a resource request. It makes a small change to the status reference documentation and adds a diagram to workflows workshop.
