docs: wiring up kratix and backstage #44

the current ske docs only cover how to connect backstage with a git repository.

to get the system working e2e, users also need to configure the following:

[x] create a backstage destination on kratix
[x] configure backstage to discover its catalog from the state store backing the destination
[x] wire the platform cluster to the backstage git repository
[x] update their promises to output components and templates (via the generator)
