Add OpenCredo Promise to the marketplace #182

Our partner and friends at OpenCredo have written a Promise and would like to add it to our Marketplace.

Add a new tile to the marketplace for their Flink Promise

This story involves no marketing at this time. Separate stories will be created of any marketing work.

the container for the promise is not hosted anywhere at the moment, so can't install the promise nor send resource requests; should we reach out to them to get it published?
