Interface support for moving more than 1 clitic #360

Add an output GEN option to reorder all terminals.

Where it currently says "Allow clitics to move" --> "Allow movement" with two suboptions:

  1. Allow first clitic to move
  2. Reorder all terminals (similar to the "No level skipping (Exhaustivity)" option.
