Clitic gen options #540

Links representation of clitics in sTreeGEN to settings for visibility of syntactic constituents.

noBarLevels == true ("Treat bar levels as phrasal" unchecked) --> cliticsInsideFirstRoot == true
noUnary == true ("Treat non-branching XPs as X0s" checked) --> cliticsAreBare == true

Add info reflecting this on interface.

No Mocha testing yet.
