NonRec-child citation #570

Ito & Mester 2013 "Prosodic subcategories in Japanese" unambiguously defines NoRecursion as a constraint:

No recursive structures. Assign one violation for each node of category a immediately dominated by another node of category a.

This is equivalent to NonRec (child) in SPOT, so we should amend the citation in the interface to cite I&M 2013.
