Update deps #3

This PR updates 2 of the dependencies and adds dependabot to get weekly PRs for dependency updates.

Thanks for working on this but no thanks!

They’re just dev-deps: they’re fine falling a bit behind IMO. And for these highly specialized utilities I’m finding dependabot/renovate to produce a lot of noise

Also, just a Git tip: be sure to first check out the main branch before doing more work, now your other commits are on this branch too!
