Requested Feature

RIF export ratios need adjustment:

Claim Ratio = Claim of Type / Claim Total across all types
Synthea Total:  1,054,589,695
Actual Total:  23,195,755,891

Work on this issue is in PR #1118.

Based on a sample of 10k beneficiaries after #1118 was applied, average lines per claim is now 8.34.
