problems about solver blastReactingFoam #76

Hi. I've started to learn blastFoam recently. I want to use the blastFoam to solve problems about gas phase detonation, such as RDE and DDT. But I don't find any tutorials about solver blastReactingFoam in the user guide. Could you please provide some examples about this aspect?
