Select + Start combination should be optional #10

This is a feature request. Since a couple of versions ago, the Select + Start 
combination enables to quit the current game.

However, it's easily triggered without one's wanting it ; for instance when two 
players use the machine at the same time ; if 1 inserts a coin while the other 
tries to hit start.

Could it be disabled in the config file ?

Ideally, this would be a button combination you could configure in the cfg.
