Scanlines and bilinear filtering cannot be enabled at the same time #11

Scanlines and bilinear filtering cannot be enabled at the same time without 
causing important picture distortion. Is there a possible work-around for this 
issue ? 

Maybe by tweaking the space between 2 scanlines ? Or by being able to manually 
set the video resolution ?
