What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start game.
2. Press buttons (keyboard or joystick).
3. Notice significant input delay.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Button press should be instantaneous. Instead, takes nearly half a second to
register.
What version of the Pi's O/S?
PiMAME 0.7.8
Please provide any additional information below. Also attach the output.log
if you can.
When testing joystick input in jstest, button press is instant, no delay. So I
know my current configuration is capable of no input delay.
