replace language textfield with proper skill

Just having a simple text field with "languages" ist imho way to little for such a "skill" as languages can be.

Having languages like: "english, spanish" doesnt tell much.

• "english" could be everything.. from basic knowledge to native britain speaker directly from the parliament.
• or "spanish" spanish.. just "si", "no" and "una cerveza por favor!".

i would just remove the attribute itself completely and add languages as dynamic skill too, so you can insert any number of languages and also rate the corresponding knowledge like every other skill too.

Comment of Markus Knittig: Just a thought from me: I don't think this change request is make much sense. Language is an extra field in the resume, as it should be, making it a dynamic skill would complicate that. Plus you can easy write something like "German (mother tongue)" in a free text field, this would be much more complicated with a dynamic skill.
