Add My Account page #231

User should be able to edit her personal data via a custom page, that is not buried inside the user management.

Comment of Oliver Gierke: What exactly doesn't work there? I tried to reproduce the error with the following steps:

Start module (core / skillz)

Login as admin

Change password to foo

Logged out

Logged in sucessfully with admin / foo

Comment of Oliver Gierke: Ah, I guess I know what you mean. Currently there is no such thing like a "My Account" page where normal users can edit their personal data. Moving this to the core as this should be provided by the UMT.

Comment of Markus Knittig: OK, I now have a seperate "My account" page. It works but it's not really optimal, because a admin user sees both, but I think it would be better if that was a substitution for the admin user management. I'm not sure this is possible, since it looks like the top-level menu stuff is hard-coded.
