Date of birth is formatted incorrectly #235

Date of birth is formatted incorrectly in the text fields, e.g. it displays as 05/1978

Comment of Oliver Gierke: This is actually by design as the actual day of the birthdate should not be of interest for customers. But I agree that this should actually only matter when rendering the resume to documents.

So birth dates shall be definable and be stored in complete detail (e.g. 01.01.2010 if in German).
