counsel-gtags-dwim: Strip text properties from tag name #12

We are only interested in the name of the tag, not its text properties.

Thanks for PR. However this code does not work on Emacs 24.3. Because optional argument of thing-at-point was introduced at Emacs 24.4. I have changed 7a671dee9db9716a1d16698df5ae7871d6fb730f same as this change.
